Hi, we’re Kevin and Amanda.
First of all, thanks for taking a few minutes to visit our website. Whether you found us through a Google search, a recommendation from a friend, or by seeing one of our trucks around town, we’re genuinely grateful you’re here.
Klein Cooling was founded with a simple goal: to serve our community with honesty, quality workmanship, and the kind of customer experience we’d want for our own family.
That probably doesn’t sound revolutionary.
It shouldn’t.
We believe those things should simply be the standard.
We’re also fortunate to live in an area filled with outstanding HVAC companies and talented technicians. We know many of them personally, and we’re thankful to share this profession with people who work hard every day to serve homeowners throughout Northeast Florida.
Because of that, you’ll never find us criticizing another company or technician. We weren’t on that service call. We don’t know the challenges they faced or the information they had at the time. Whenever possible, we’d rather give others the benefit of the doubt.
Instead of focusing on what someone else is doing, we try to focus on raising the bar for ourselves.
For us, that means continuing to learn, communicating clearly, standing behind our work, being transparent with our recommendations, and treating every customer with honesty and respect.
Our faith plays a big role in that.
We believe every person is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and compassion. We also believe everything we have—our abilities, resources, relationships, and opportunities—has been entrusted to us by God. Our desire is to faithfully steward those gifts in a way that honors Him and serves others well.
That conviction shapes far more than the way we repair air conditioners.
It influences how we treat customers.
How we train future HVAC professionals.
How we serve families through Community Cares.
How we make decisions as business owners.
And how we hope to leave our community a little better than we found it.
One of the things we’re most excited about is investing in the next generation of skilled trades. Through our AC Trade Program, we’re working to provide free HVAC education, hands-on training, industry certifications, and connections with local contractors for individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity—or who simply believe those opportunities are out of reach.
We also believe businesses have a responsibility to give back. Through our Community Cares program, we’re able to help neighbors facing genuine hardship while giving students meaningful real-world experience under the guidance of experienced technicians. It’s a reminder that skilled trades can improve lives in more ways than one.
We’re not interested in building the biggest HVAC company in Florida.
We’re interested in building a company that our family, our customers, and our community can trust.
That means being honest when a repair makes more sense than a replacement.
It means explaining the “why” behind our recommendations.
It means continuing to learn, even after years in the industry.
It means standing behind our work with strong warranties because we believe our customers deserve that peace of mind.
Most importantly, it means remembering that every service call is about more than an air conditioner.
It’s about people.
