Every Maintenance Visit Includes

System Performance Evaluation

• Verify thermostat operation
• Measure and record return and supply air temperatures
• Measure refrigerant pressures (when applicable)
• Calculate superheat and subcooling (when applicable)
• Measure compressor, condenser fan, and blower motor amperage
• Test capacitor(s)
• Verify electrical operation and safety controls

Indoor Equipment Inspection

• Inspect air filter
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect blower assembly
• Flush and verify the condensate drain
• Inspect drain pan and float switch (where equipped)
• Inspect accessible electrical components and wiring
• Inspect accessible duct connections and visible airflow concerns

Outdoor Equipment Inspection

• Inspect condenser coil and clean as needed
• Inspect compressor and condenser fan operation
• Inspect contactor and electrical components
• Inspect disconnect and electrical connections
• Inspect refrigerant lines and insulation
• Inspect for signs of refrigerant oil leaks
• Inspect for corrosion or physical damage
• Remove debris from around the outdoor unit

Your Klein Cooling HVAC Performance Report

After each maintenance visit, you’ll receive a detailed Klein Cooling HVAC Performance Report documenting system performance, operating measurements, inspection findings, maintenance performed, and any recommended repairs or improvements. This report provides a snapshot of your system’s overall operating condition and serves as a valuable record for tracking your equipment’s health over time.

Review With Your Technician

Before we leave, your technician will review your Klein Cooling HVAC Performance Report with you, answer any questions, discuss the overall condition of your system, and explain any recommendations to help improve reliability, efficiency, and equipment life.
