“Had a heat problem. Had so many bad experiences with service companies in Palm Coast I was reluctant to call anyone, but decided to call Klein Cooling and it was the best decision I could have made.
A gentleman by the name of Kevin came promptly at the appointment time and asked me what the problem was. I told him no heat and he said, ‘I will check it out.’ He checked the outside unit and then came in and checked the inside unit and within a few minutes found the problem.
He then explained to me what the problem was, what needed to be done and what he was going to do to fix it. He said it was a leaking coil and that he would go order a new one and that the office would call me within the hour to schedule the installation of the new coil.
Shortly thereafter I got the call and scheduled installation for three days later. The following morning, I got a call from the very nice lady in the office saying they could do the installation that day between 11 AM and 12 PM. Kevin arrived on time and completed the job in about 2 hours.
Have never had such excellent service. Kevin is very professional, courteous and a fine gentleman and I highly recommend this company to anyone that has heat or cooling problems. Will be the only company I ever use.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t write reviews like this often, but Klein Cooling deserves one. Finding a company you genuinely trust with your home can be difficult, especially when you’re dealing with something as stressful and expensive as HVAC problems. From the very beginning, Klein Cooling made me feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. There is such a family-business feel to this company, and you can tell they truly care about the people they’re helping—not just making a sale. I originally reached out because I was dealing with air ducts that were sweating so badly they had actually caused water damage to parts of my ceiling. Naturally, I was worried that I was looking at a much bigger HVAC problem and potentially a very expensive repair. This is where their honesty really stood out to me. They could have easily used the situation as an opportunity to tell me I needed a new HVAC unit or blame everything on the system itself—but they didn’t. They took the time to actually investigate what was happening and recognized that the problem was coming from wet/poorly insulated ductwork and insulation issues rather than simply blaming the HVAC unit. That alone earned a tremendous amount of trust from me. They listened to my concerns, understood that I had a budget, and worked with me to find the best solution instead of trying to upsell me. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no trying to convince me that I needed things I didn’t. They were straightforward, realistic, and HONEST—and that meant so much to me. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I had a lot of questions, and every single one was answered thoroughly. They took the time to explain the “why” behind things instead of simply telling me what needed to be done. I never once felt like I was bothering them or that they were trying to rush through an explanation. You can tell their knowledge comes from years of real experience. What impressed me even more was the pride they took in their work. They went above and beyond when they easily could have taken the quicker or easier route. Nothing felt rushed, lazy, or simply “good enough.” You could genuinely see the care, attention to detail, and craftsmanship that went into their work. They even went a step further and referred me to a great company to help remedy the ceiling and water damage caused by the sweating ducts. That meant a lot to me because they weren’t just concerned with completing their portion of the job and leaving—they helped point me in the right direction for what needed to happen next. And one of the biggest differences I’ve noticed since having the HVAC and duct issues addressed is something you notice the second you walk into my house: the musty smell is gone. My home finally smells clean and fresh again, and I can confidently move forward with repairing the remaining water and ceiling damage knowing that the underlying problem has actually been addressed. More than anything, I walked away feeling like I had finally found an HVAC company I can actually trust. And when it comes to your home, that feeling is priceless. Klein Cooling has absolutely earned a lifelong customer in me. I will be recommending them to my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone else who needs HVAC work. If you want knowledgeable, hardworking people who will be honest with you, respect your budget, properly diagnose the problem instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need, and genuinely take pride in their work—call Klein Cooling.
