Blowing warm air? Making a noise that definitely wasn’t there yesterday? Leaking water? Breaker tripping? Outdoor unit just sitting there contemplating its life choices?
Yeah. We fix that stuff.
We don’t start by guessing which part to replace. We test the system, figure out what’s actually wrong, show you what we found, and explain your options in normal human language.
Because “your TXV is bad” isn’t particularly helpful if nobody bothered to prove it.

Maybe your A/C guy already found the problem.
He says your compressor is bad. Your capacitor is weak. You’re low on refrigerant. Your static pressure is too high. Or apparently your perfectly functioning R-410A system became obsolete sometime while you were sleeping.
Okay. But what does any of that actually mean?
Sometimes your A/C guy is absolutely right.
Sometimes the answer is maybe—but we’d like to see the measurements.
And sometimes?
That’s just not how air conditioning works.
Before you approve a big repair or replace the whole system, understand what you were actually told.
We’re not coming out to guess.
We’ll listen to what your A/C is doing, test the equipment, take the measurements that matter, and follow the problem until we can explain what’s actually wrong — and why.
Sometimes it’s a simple repair.
Sometimes it’s a compressor.
Sometimes the thing your A/C guy told you is completely correct. 😂
The point is, we want to be able to prove it before we ask you to pay for it.
TEST
We start with the symptom and test the system to figure out what’s actually happening.
MEASURE
Temperatures, electrical readings, refrigerant performance, airflow — whatever the problem requires. “Looks bad” isn’t a measurement.
DIAGNOSE
Once the testing points us somewhere, we keep going until we can identify the actual problem. No parts cannon. No replacing three things and hoping one of them fixes it.
EXPLAIN
We’ll show you what we found, explain it in normal human language, give you your options and tell you what they cost.
Then you decide what you want to do.
Because it’s your house, your A/C and your money.
The meter gets a vote. The sales department doesn’t. 😂
Schedule your A/C repair and we’ll take it from there.
