We host and fund several programs to reduce out-of-pocket costs for veteran households:

1) Veterans Maintenance Days — $0 AC Tune-Up

On select dates throughout the year, enrolled veterans receive a free seasonal AC/heat pump tune-up (labor included; see terms). Limited slots—first come, first served.

2) Neighborhood Vets List

If you’re a veteran on a fixed income, request to join our Neighborhood Vets List for:

• No-charge diagnostic once per year, or

• Complimentary filter replacements (standard sizes) during scheduled service windows.

3) Community Partners

We coordinate with local veteran organizations to sponsor extra free tune-ups and safety checks for households in need. If you represent a VSO, let’s talk about reserved appointment blocks for your members.

How to Enroll: Provide proof of military service (DD214, Veteran ID Card, Retiree ID, or active-duty/Guard/Reserve ID). Spouses and surviving spouses are eligible with appropriate documentation.

Eligible: Most repairs, maintenance, IAQ products, and service fees.
Not eligible: New system installations already on promotional pricing, manufacturer-restricted items, third-party extended warranties, and permit fees.
