Yes! Our plans are available for all residential systems, regardless of who installed them — as long as
they pass a free qualifying inspection.

Each maintenance visit includes a detailed service of your indoor and outdoor HVAC system. The
complete 16-point checklist is available in our plan flyer or upon request.

No. Plans are billed annually or monthly — monthly plans can be canceled at any time, ending the
coverage immediately.

We’re upfront about exclusions:
• Refrigerant (Legacy members get 50% off)
• Damage from natural disasters or misuse
• Work by other contractors (warranty voided)
• Larger filters (2”–5”) — available at additional cost
• Warranty processing/delivery fees set by manufacturers

Monthly/Annual Plans Exclusions and Disclaimers
* One-time annual payment includes a 5% discount
* Labor warranty valid while plan is active
* Parts warranty valid 10 years from date of installation
* Filters included are 1” only; larger sizes may incur additional fees
* Some parts may not be covered if the system was not registered by the installer
* For new enrollees, coverage begins after a free qualifying inspection confirms system condition
* Diagnostic fee is waived for Legacy plan members
* Warranty processing fees may apply on some parts if assessed by manufacturer (for
shipping/delivery/handling, if applicable)
* Refrigerant not included. Legacy plan members receive 50% off retail pricing
* Damage caused by natural disasters, flooding, fire, or other acts of God is not covered
* Warranty is void if the system is serviced by any contractor other than Klein Cooling, LLC
* Failures due to improper use, unauthorized alterations, or neglect (e.g., failure to replace filters) are
not covered
