Regular maintenance of your HVAC system can improve and extend its lifespan.  Our comprehensive system maintenance  includes the following:

Outdoor Unit:

· Check system refrigerant charge

· Check compressor and condenser fan amps

· Clean condenser coils

· Check capacitor

· Check contactor

· Brush electrical cabinet

· Check vales and caps for seals and fit

Indoor Unit:

· Check blower wheel for build up

· Check blower amps

· Check and clean evaporator coil

· Check Heat Strip components and amps

· Check all electrical components, wires, and connections

· Lubricate parts, if necessary

· Flush and vacuum drain line and drain pan

· Clean or replace air filter (filters can be purchased for an additional cost)

· Check final performance of the complete system and advise on any necessary or repairs or improvements.

$150 per system, one time per year.

$250 per system, twice per year.

Includes a 20% discount on any additional service and up to 10% on new installations!

As part of our comprehensive indoor air quality solutions to help improve the air you breathe in your home.  we offer air duct cleaning.  Our air duct cleaning services are affordable and effective in improving your indoor air quality. Our certified technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to remove dirt, dust, and debris from your air ducts. We clean supply registers and return grilles. 

We also offer indoor air quality options  such as dehumidification and air purification systems, including ionizers and UV lights.

Our whole house air duct cleaning rates start at $45 per register.
